Is it possible to change the content after finishing the order?

Scenario 1: You have completed the order but have not yet received an order confirmation from Pensaki. You will receive the order confirmation after checking your order in conformity with our terms and conditions. That usually takes max. 1-2 business days.

In this case, you can inform us by email that you wish to cancel the order due to errors in the content. This is possible free of charge.

Scenario 2: You have completed the order and already received an order confirmation from Pensaki. In this case, a free cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible. Please contact us by email to clarify the procedure.
